Return/Refund/Shipping Policy & Security Policies

Returns:

We stand by our 100 year limited lifetime warranty. Your UnderDog Bed may be sent back for any manufacturer defect. Please note that this does not include product destruction due to chewing, biting, abuse or other forms of misuse.

We reserve the right to either repair or replace any item with a manufacturing defect.

If for some reason the UnderDog bed did not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please return the bed and all components in the original packaging along with Proof of Purchase (MUST have Proof of Purchase). We reserve the right to apply a 20% fee to beds that are returned in poor condition.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item we will notify you and credit your account.

Shipping:

We ask that you pay shipping costs for the return of your UnderDog item.

 

Exchanges:

You may exchange your UnderDog Pet Product for a different size or color within the first 30 days of original purchase. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but we ask that you pay for return shipping.

Shipping Policy:

As long as your UnderDog product is in stock, we will ship your order within 48 hours.  Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday.

Back Orders

If an item is on back-order we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for additional shipments.

Carriers:

We use UPS, United States Postal Service, and FedEx.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously and take all measures to protect your personal information. We only collect information needed to process your order.

We promise to never sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
